One-tap attack logging
Start an attack the moment it hits and the timer runs in the background. Add pain, symptoms and medication whenever you're able — or backdate the whole thing tomorrow. Nothing is lost because you were too ill to finish.
MigraSync turns scattered bad days into a record you can actually use. Log an attack in seconds, watch it line up against weather, sleep, medication and cycle — then walk into your next appointment with evidence instead of a guess.

Most migraine apps hand you a form at the exact moment you can't look at a screen. MigraSync is built for the worst hour of your worst day: one tap to start an attack, everything else optional, nothing lost if you finish it tomorrow.
Captured the way you'd actually say it — not the way a form wants it.
Start an attack the moment it hits and the timer runs in the background. Add pain, symptoms and medication whenever you're able — or backdate the whole thing tomorrow. Nothing is lost because you were too ill to finish.
Tap where it hurts on a head diagram and rate the intensity. Unilateral, occipital, behind the eye — recorded precisely, without needing to know the vocabulary.
Visual aura, nausea, photophobia, phonophobia, numbness, speech changes — logged with timing, so prodrome and postdrome show up in your history.
Track acute and preventive doses, get reminders that nudge you up to three times, and see a warning as your intake nears medication-overuse thresholds.
Pressure, temperature and humidity are attached to every entry for you — so you can finally settle whether the weather is really a trigger.
Log periods alongside attacks to see whether yours cluster in a particular cycle phase — the single most commonly missed pattern.
Log the days that went well. A tracker that only records pain gives your doctor half a picture — and gives you a bleak one.
The validated Headache Impact Test, built in and tracked over time, so changes in disruption are measured rather than remembered.
MigraBrain is a correlation engine that reads your history — not population averages. It looks at what actually preceded your attacks across weather, sleep, medication, cycle and triggers, then tells you which signals matter for you.
7 of your last 10 attacks followed a night under 6 hours. Nothing else in your log comes close.
Falls over 6 hPa raise your risk, but mostly when they land in the week before your period.
Taken within 45 minutes of onset, relief was complete in 8 of 11 attacks. After two hours: 1 of 6.
Export a clinical PDF covering frequency, duration, severity distribution, acute medication days, impact scoring and your HIT-6 trend. Everything a headache specialist asks in the first consultation — already answered.
We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and by default your records never leave your phone.
Your symptom logs and health records live on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you switch on cloud backup yourself — and you can switch it off again whenever you want.
No third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no data brokers. Your health patterns are never sold, rented or shared.
Export your entire history as JSON in one tap. Delete your account and every cloud record from inside the app — permanently, on your own schedule.
Logging your own migraines should never sit behind a paywall. Premium pays for the correlation engine, the weather data and the reports.
Everything you need to keep a complete diary.

No. The app works fully offline with no sign-up. You only create an account if you want cloud backup, so your history survives a lost or replaced phone.
On your device, in the app's private storage. If you enable cloud backup, a copy is also kept on our server so it can be restored later. Backup stays off until you switch it on.
No. MigraSync is a personal tracking and wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in it substitutes for advice from a qualified clinician. Always talk to your doctor before changing treatment.
With your permission, the app uses your approximate location to fetch local conditions — barometric pressure, temperature, humidity — and attaches them to your entries. Deny location access and everything else still works; you simply lose the weather correlations.
Frequent use of acute migraine medication can itself cause more headaches. MigraSync counts your acute medication days per month and warns you as you approach the thresholds used in headache medicine, so you can raise it with your doctor early. It's a prompt to have a conversation, not a clinical judgment.
Yes, always. Settings → Privacy → Export My Data gives you the complete archive as a JSON file: profile, settings, every entry, good days, medications, cycle log, aura log and HIT-6 scores.
From Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account & Records, or by following the instructions on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes both your local data and any cloud backup.
Android is available now. An iOS build is in progress — the app is written cross-platform, so it's a matter of release, not rewrite.
Start logging today, and in a month you'll have something no memory can give you: the shape of your own migraines.
